Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor
Relationships with your child do not have to feel tense, distant, or stuck.
I help parents navigate difficult relationships with their children using practical, evidence-based tools so you can rebuild trust, communicate clearly, and feel grounded in your evolving role as a parent.
FAQS
Adult child estrangement, no contact relationships, and ongoing family conflict can leave parents feeling confused, hurt, and unsure how things became so distant. I help adults, parents, and families better understand painful relationship patterns, improve communication, strengthen boundaries, and create healthier ways of moving forward.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why did my adult child go no contact with me?
When an adult child goes no contact, it rarely happens overnight. Adult child estrangement often develops through years of unresolved family conflict, painful communication patterns, emotional wounds, boundary issues, or relationship dynamics that no longer feel safe or sustainable. I help parents better understand these patterns, process grief, explore their own emotional triggers, strengthen boundaries, and develop healthier ways of communicating and moving forward.
Can therapy help repair a relationship with an adult child?
Briefly describe your degree and any other highlights about your studies you want to share. Be sure to include relevant skills you gained, accomplishments you achieved or milestones you reached during your education.
Why does every conversation with my adult child turn into an argument?
Repeated parent-child conflict often reflects deeper family patterns, communication breakdowns, emotional triggers, unresolved hurt, or long-standing roles that no longer work. I help parents better understand these patterns, improve communication, strengthen boundaries, regulate emotional reactions, and respond in ways that create healthier, more connected relationships.
About Me
I’ve spent most of my career working with children and families in many roles, each one shaping the way I support people today. My journey began with an internship at Walt Disney World, where I developed a love for creating positive, welcoming environments for families.

After earning my Bachelor’s in Marriage and Family Studies, I worked in the judicial system, child welfare, and foster care, gaining firsthand experience supporting children, parents, and families through trauma, crisis, court involvement, and major life transitions. I later earned my Master’s in Mental Health Counseling.

Today, as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), I provide virtual therapy for adults, parents, couples, and families navigating parent-child conflict, adult child estrangement, no contact relationships, difficult family dynamics, divorce, communication challenges, trauma, boundaries, and life transitions. My approach is warm, direct, and focused on helping clients better understand patterns, strengthen relationships, and create lasting change
