As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in Kentucky, I provide virtual and in-person therapy for individuals, children, and families. My focus includes mental health concerns, trauma, anxiety, and family dynamics, all within a supportive and safe space for healing and growth.

For those outside Kentucky, I offer coaching services tailored to individuals and families. Coaching is action-oriented and focuses on personal growth, improving relationships, and navigating life transitions like divorce, deployment, or relocation. Whether it’s strengthening parent-child connections, repairing sibling relationships, or achieving individual goals, coaching provides the tools and support to move forward.

It's important note that while coaching isn’t a replacement for therapy, it offers a practical framework for creating meaningful change. My approach is inclusive, compassionate, and centered on understanding your unique story, helping you feel empowered on your journey.
